Cafe Rio

We had Cafe Rio last week-- from scratch! We tried this recipe and it was just the same as going to the restaurant. Except we get to choose the portions (nice perk), but we ended up choosing Ginormous anyway. Oh well, still so yummy! I could totally drink that Tomatillo Ranch dressing.
